Implemented Changes to Previous Business Model Version
After spending some time on creating specific and detailed persona profiles, we narrowed down our customer segment and decided that we want to focus on students, young parents, and young professionals.
Furthermore, did we decided on what the most efficient and impactful channels would be and specified accordingly. We evaluated the individual strategies regarding their level of impact, cost efficiency, the preciseness of targeting and effort and time intensity and chose the most fitting one according to their individual rankings.
