Implemented Changes to Previous Business Model Version
In order to be as cost-efficient and precise as possible, we decided to narrow down our customer segment from addressing 3 segments to only 1. We are now focusing on young professionals because firstly they have a higher WTP compared to students and young families. Moreover, we believe that starting into a new period of life, namely to work, might come with some aspirations to be more organized and change things. In addition, young professionals are demographically positioned in a way that they are likely to become young families just a few years later.
