Implemented Changes to Previous Business Model Version
After validating our survey, we realized that the majority of people are willing to pay a monthly fee for fload. Therefore we decided to change the freemium model to a subscription-based model in our revenue streams.
Furthermore, we made changes in regards to our key partners, key activities, and key resources. Important to mention here is that a well-structured sales process will help us acquire partner such as third-party service provider which provide us with an additional revenue stream through commission and that acquiring companies that distribute their mail through fload will facilitate our customer acquisition. Marketing efforts are mainly scheduled for a time closer to launch date.
