Lessons Learned and the Value of Reflection.

What determines the success of a business idea when transformed into an actual start up? How can lean start up principles provide practical help in this context? And more concrete, what have we learned on our journey from our initial idea to the final project we are proud to pitch in front of investors?

In the following we will critically reflect on our group work. We point to obstacles we had to overcome to further develop the project and explain central issues that made us overthink existing hypotheses and ideas – in some cases we even had to pivot. Moreover, we will show what we learned from approaching these obstacles and issues and what helped finding suitable solutions. In this way we hope to provide future LEP groups and entrepreneurship enthusiasts with useful insights that will help them advance their project even faster and with less hindrance.
