Defining Organizational Roles for Future Success


The further we progressed in the development of our business model the further we developed our business model canvas in the respective areas. With the further development arose questions of responsibility and the need for a specialization and lead in various topics. Instead of focusing on precise processes, we consequently addressed this emerging need with the mutual development of the organizational chart which required a conscious outlining of the key roles within the organization.

The lead role, apart from a general leading management role of the CEO, has the CPO&CTO of fload, representing the technical core of our product and therewith of our success. This position has the technical lead of the product development and combines this knowledge with the required design skills to work on one of our key USPs - simplicity and usability. As in every venture, the CFO takes on a crucial role to ensure the financial viability of the project while the marketing & sales head ensures early public awareness and traction. The COO must ensure smooth operations with regards to hiring, operations, and data protection compliance.
