Defining Tasks and Responsibilities of the Key Organizational Roles


Since we defined the organizational roles and consequently an organizational chart of fload, clarifying the roles within the company and the direction of communication, we started to think about the specific tasks and responsibilities of each role. We consequently mutually developed the main goals, strategic and tactical tasks that each role owns and is responsible for. The guides are the processes and structures with reference to frameworks that must be put into place by each role.

While the CEO has the overall leadership role of fload, the CTO/CPO is a crucial role at the heart of fload - the development and design of a simple, usable, and functionable product that solves problems rather than creating new ones.

Lastly, the CFO owns a key role especially at this early stage as the prosperity of fload is dependent on funding and the sustainable financing of all operational activities. However, though yet we only defined those three key roles in greater detail, we want to emphasize that all other lead roles possess an indispensable function for the future success of fload.
