"Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality" the MIT-professor and expert on organizational development Warren Bennis once said.

We want to be leaders by translating our vision about fload into reality. And we believe we have the capacity to do so.

However, so far fload´s vision and and mission have not been agreed on and formulated by us. Vision and mission had been vaguely present in each of our minds but had not crystallised to a point that they could function as a focal point of guidance increasing our motivation and determination to drive the project towards successful completion.

Consequently, we developed a vision and mission statement for fload throughout the past week. We believe the statements to be great! fload´s vision and mission give us guidance where the project is heading, motivate us to work even harder to get there, and inspire us to a point that we can envision to translate fload´s vision into reality by turning our idea into an actual start-up!
