Understanding Personal Organization: Our Survey on Google Forms

After we had conducted first interviews with very promising results in the course of our customer development process we decided that we had to reach out to more people to validate our findings. We created a survey on Google forms asking similar questions to the ones from the interview guideline, however, adapted to the survey purpose. After creating the survey, we received feedback from several test design and survey experts, adapted the survey according to their feedback, and conducted a pretest to further check our items and questions in practice before actually spreading the survey.
